General Care & Use Instructions

Keep your PEOZ Smart Electric Guitar in excellent playing condition by following these simple care and handling guidelines.

General Care

• Keep the guitar clean, dry, and protected from dust and moisture.
• After playing, gently wipe the body, neck, strings, pickups, and hardware with a clean, soft microfiber cloth.
• Avoid using alcohol, solvents, household cleaners, or abrasive materials on the guitar.
• Do not expose the instrument to direct sunlight, excessive heat, high humidity, or sudden temperature changes.
• Always handle the guitar carefully and protect it from drops, impacts, and heavy pressure.

Strings & Fretboard

• Wipe the strings after every playing session to remove sweat, oils, and dirt.
• Replace old, rusty, loose, or damaged strings when necessary.
• Use the correct electric-guitar string type and recommended gauge when replacing strings.
• Keep the fretboard clean and avoid applying excessive oil or cleaning products.
• Have neck, action, intonation, and bridge adjustments performed by a qualified guitar technician.

Smart System & Electronics

• Keep the built-in speaker, pickups, controls, switches, and connection ports clean and dry.
• Turn off the Smart System when the guitar is not in use.
• Begin with a low volume and adjust it gradually, especially when using effects, headphones, or an external amplifier.
• Insert and remove cables carefully—never force a plug into a connection port.
• Do not open, modify, or attempt to repair the internal electronics yourself.

Battery & Charging

• Use a compatible USB-C charging cable and suitable power source.
• Do not charge the guitar in wet, extremely hot, or poorly ventilated areas.
• Never use damaged charging cables, adapters, connectors, or charging ports.
• Disconnect the charging cable when charging is complete.
• During long-term storage, recharge the battery periodically to help maintain its condition.
• Stop using or charging the guitar if you notice unusual heat, swelling, smoke, odor, or other abnormal behavior.

Storage & Transportation

• Store the PEOZ Guitar in a protective guitar bag, hard case, or secure guitar stand when not in use.
• Keep it away from heaters, air-conditioning vents, direct sunlight, and damp areas.
• Never leave the guitar for extended periods inside a hot vehicle.
• During transportation, use a protective case and secure the guitar against impacts and movement.
• Do not place heavy objects on top of the guitar.
